Asus router still calling home after all services disabled and no internet access

Model: rt-ac3100
Firmware : Asus merlin tested from 384.7 to 384 beta 1(may be present in previous firmwares as well)
Router still calls home after all services requiring trend micro/asus are disabled. Also, Asus tunnel is disabled, no adons and router running in AP MODE, router is not allowed to go online, only lan access allowed . Router still calling home using TOR NETWORK.

That's not "calling home", those are NTP requests sent to set up the clock...
