ASUS RT-AC68R Firmware Upgrade

Hi,
hopefully someone can help me with the slow speeds that I'm receiving. I upgraded to firmware 380.69.0 from 380.66_6. I have a 100mbps Fios connection and I'm only able to get 20mbps down & 40mbps up.
I was getting 55/60 mbps before upgrading.
