ASUS RT-AC68U DDR Configuration Upgrade Tool - does it work?

Did anybody use the tool to increase DDR clock rate

I tried to use it, but after hanging on "Initializing...", it said "Unable to retrieve RT-AC68U/RT-AC68R info!!"

This tool is no longer necessary. All routers sold since then already have the newer bootloader, set to use the higher clock rate.
