Oops, sorry. I should have said that as your cable modem is bridged it will be the MAC address of your ISP's upstream equipment that you are bridged to (rather than the modem itself). This is perfectly normal. If you look it up it's often a Cisco or Cadant device.Thank you for the information, very helpful! However, the MAC address that is the source does not match that of my modem and the MAC address doesn’t match any device on my network. Should this be a concern?
