Asuswrt-Merlin can add the no-IP.com DDNS

I using the DDNS cannot be use.

Use DDNS over dnsomatic.
It supports many services including changeip.com, no-ip.com, etc.

Nope, I'm not adding any additional DDNS service, or it would become a fulltime job just keeping them all up-to-date. Use DNS-o-Matic, there's a good chance they support changeip.com.

Wondering if NOIP domain group supported?

Username = groupname:username [email address or username will work]
Password = the group password you just configured
Note: Some clients don’t like a colon) character as a separator, you can use the url encoded colon character %3A %23 or # if you run into this issue.

I tried and got authentication failed all the times.

If you don't want to use DNS-O-Matic you could likely modify one of the custom scripts here to work with ChangeIP.com. Their API doesn't appear to give a clear example of what needs to be supplied, but shouldn't be too difficult to make it work.
