Authenticating to an SMB share in Ubuntu

New Around Here
Hi there. I have a 3 TB HDD connected to my RT-AC66U, with a couple of different shares on it, but under my new Kubuntu install, I can see the shares in my file manager, but I am completely unable to authenticate to them. I have tried to enable the guest user account, and Ubuntu still challenges me for a Username and Password upon attempting to view the share. If anyone has any idea how to fix this issue, help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance everyone!
