Ax3000 openvpn server very slow

New Around Here
Got everything setup and the VPN connection works. Running openvpn client on my phone. I have 20mbps on cell and 1gbps/25mbps on my connection at home. However I am only getting 4-7kbps when I connect to the openvpn connection setup on the router.

Any idea how I can speed that up? The router has stock firmware. Encryption is only 1024
