AX58U Web UI ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED after adding device to DHCP page

I recently started experiencing this issue after I change a device ip on the DHCP settings page.
I got a new raspberry pi and wanted it to have a static IP address. As soon as I add the RPi and hit apply and it restarts I get the “This site can’t be reached page” for the web ui.

I have tried accessing my router directly by going to 192.168.1.1 and router.asus.com and neither work.

Only thing that works is resetting the router and restoring my previous settings.

It seems to happen when I select BOTH for Authentication Method under Administration > System > Local Access Config

Had the same exact thing happen to me (down to the RPI no less). Were you ever able to figure it out?
