AX86U with HomePods and Airplay

I am looking at buying the Asus AX86U after reading through these forums and seeing all the advice.

I have several HomePods, 8 in total, and some Sonos gear where we use Airplay. I have found network gear to be very fussy with Airplay / HomePods over the years.

Questions - any experience of using HomePods with the AX86U? Do they work well, and does Airplay work ok?

Too much Wi-Fi, perhaps? What area you are covering?

Try to be a bit more specific - HomePod Mini's or the original HomePod - they are very different beasts...

Homepod's are client stations, not AP's...

Confused with other Pods. Too many Pods and SuperPods around, distributed by local ISP's in thousands.

Well, to answer my own question - HomePods work perfectly.

Have purchased the AX86U and first impressions are incredibly strong.
