I upgraded to 384.15...ever since then I can't connect to my router remotely. Is anyone else having this problem/been able to resolve it?

From which previous firmware version? Did you do a full M&M Config afterward?

Please see my signature below for the M&M Config guide to get your router to a good/known state.

I upgraded from 384.14... You mean factory reset deleting everything? ...ill take a look at it

@Billy1513, if I'm not mistaken, 384.15 requires a full reset to factory defaults and then a minimal and manual configuration afterward (do not use a saved config file) because of WiFi driver changes.

The M&M Config and possibly the Nuclear Reset Guide in my signature's link may help. :)

Ok thanks. .. I'll do that when I get home
... I didn't unplug my USB drive when I did it so my traffic data is gone.. Lesson learned

Upgrading the firmware will not affect data stored on the USB drive. The reason why it's recommended to unplug it is simply to ensure there is enough free RAM available for the image download to succeed.

Gotcha. . Thanks all for the help

How exactly/specifically are you trying to connect?

@Billy1513, you want to remove/redact your Asus DDNS in your post above.

Use the edit button at the bottom left of your post.

Ok so I copy and paste the full link of my ddns address in my Brower and nothing. Is there a way to wipe that and get a new one? Also on the network map page it tells me to sign up for ddns but on the page with ddns settings it says ddns status is ok. I did a factory reset after updating to 384.15

Your IP begins with 10.x.y.z, which means that router is behind another firewall and does not have a public IP. Therefore:

a) the Asus DDNS will fail to update, as noted in the log
b) you won't be able to remotely access unless you also configure that other firewall in front of it

@Billy1513, are you plugged into the same port on your ISP's modem/router as before? Some only give a WAN address only on a single port. You may need to try them all to get the one that is Bridged.

Or, whether or not you also got a new modem/router from your ISP, ask them to turn on Bridge mode for you. :)

Same modem ive been using since i got the internet. Theres only one connection on the router and i have it plugged into the wan port on my ax88u
