Is there a way to stop the bandwidth monitor? Apps analysis is OFF and bandwidth monitor still working showing the bandwidth utilization total and every client.

It is driving almost 100% utilization of one of the cores.

There's nothing to stop - it's not a running process. It's data polled from the system by the web server and provided to the web page specifically while you are on that page.

What makes you think that it's causing a CPU core to be stuck at 100%?

If QoS, or Parental Controls (anything under it comes on) the BWDPI Engine (TrendMicro) comes on, and whan that happens Bandwitdh Monitor, Data Classification come on, also when the router first starts it comes on for a bit. You'll know it's its off when you go to the Data Classification page and get "Statistics require Traditional QoS mode or the TrendMicro bwdpi engine to be enabled."

If you want/need any of those features on, then it a by product and see above.
