Just general question if there be any chance of a review of this product ?

as i ve been looking for months for something like this ..... why is it that if you want builtin adsl modem you cant have 1gig eth ports ? like this product

all 1gig routers have to use external modem which is nonsense just want 1 product not 2 ....
