I would need to block the IPs of an entire nation.
I found this service:

IP Address Geolocation to Country, City, Region, Latitude, Longitude, ZIP Code, ISP, Domain, Time Zone, Area Code, Mobile Data, Usage Type, Elevation and so on.

Which add-on should I use to use the IP2LOCATION service?
It's possible?
Which file should I use to download from IP2LOCATION?

Why not use Skynet? It's already built-in.

You are able to add country code in addition to standard or custom block lists. Install Skynet via amtm, and it's fairly intuitive.
