Block YouTube from specific devices only

Is there a way to block YouTube only from specific devices on my LAN?

For example i only want to block it on my Nvidia Shield and Amazon fire stick.

If you use AdGuardHome, you can specify a client (Settings => Client Settings in the Web GUI) using IP or subnet.
On the "Block specific services" tab, you can select YouTube and others.

BTW do I need to make AdGuard my DNS in order to make it work or it's not necessary?
