Brand new RT-AX86U, slow wired ports (more accurately, slow speedtests)

Is there any routing when doing direct IP to IP iperf activity? I thought routing happen when you go from LAN to WAN.
I have done some iperf again on a long run while looking at a cpu activity on SSH and it's not that big, although top is not reporting realtime...

Is there any possibility to install atop to the router?
