BT10 AIMesh with XT9 as nodes

New Around Here
Hello,
I have a BT10 AIMesh with XT9 as nodes. My question is if the IoT wifi created on the BT10 is forwarded to the XT9 nodes.
Thank you

It may help if you provide the firmware versions you are running on the various devices and nodes.

XT9 is on 3.0.0.4_388_24753.
BT10 is on 3.0.0.6.102_36958.
when i used the latest version for BT10, i mean 3.0.0.6.102_38991, i could not connect the XT9 nodes (I have two of them)

Best practice is to keep them on the same branch, ie 3006 or 3004 if available and stable.
IF you downgrade, recommended to factory reset and manually start over config

from what i see on asus download page, 3004 is not available for BT10, while 3006 is not available for XT9

i would revert to the same code branch for both to minimize issues. Otherwise, it may or may not work well.

If you haven't done so already, use the forum search feature to search this subforum for past discussions (there are a number of them) on running 3006.102.x firmware on the main router and 3004.388.x firmware on AiMesh nodes. Some of those discussions involve Guest Network Pro and people's experience with Guest Network Pro flowing down to AiMesh nodes. For example some past discussions on Guest Network Pro and 3004 firmware:
https://www.snbforums.com/search/16...t&c[child_nodes]=1&c[nodes][0]=37&o=relevance

People are still trying to figure out the boundaries and what works and what doesn't with Guest Network Pro including when mixing in AiMesh. Mostly due to Asus not providing much details on how Guest Network Pro interacts and works with AiMesh, particularly with 3004.388.x firmware AiMesh nodes.
