This site has to be flagged as malicious. People test at line saturation, most do it over wireless, freak out from the result and hurt themselves with QoS first, then spend money for needless upgrades plus hurt themselves with QoS again.

What do you mean by waveform - cloudflare, my dns is set to cloudflare?

I will try the other site for the test once I'm back at my pc. But have noticed issues with speed tests. If I run the speed test on my router I get poor results yet when I use fast.com it shows my speed.

Try enabling Cake QoS with the default settings. You might see improved latency at the cost of reduced download speeds.

I guess all I can do is try a merlin build, when I do the above test, I still get bad reports.
