Bug wifi 5ghz

Hello,
I use RT-N66U. if I flash with the merlin firmware 380.70 (mode router) my wifi 5ghz disappear after a few hours. (2.4ghz OK).
If if I flash with the original firmware 3.0.0.4.382.50702.
Do you have an idea of the reason ?

If you have the channel set to Auto try changing it to a fixed channel between 36 and 48 (inclusive).
