Can get port forwarding to work

Hi All

Long time lurker here. May I ask for some help? Im trying port forwarding for the first time but I can't seem to get it to work. Please see below. All firewalls are off. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

What firewalls are you referring to?

The size of your attachment makes it very blurry for me and I can't read it accurately either.
