Can not find CMD in 378.55

Hello,

I'm a new user of Merlin's Asuswrt and this forum, so my apologies in advance if I post in the wrong forum or something.

I just updated my RT-AC66U from the latest Asus firmware version to 378.55. Unfortunately I can not find the CMD option, can someone please help me?

Menu -> Tools only shows 'Sysinfo' and 'Other Settings'.

What do you mean by CMD ? If your talking about the page were you can run commands it was taken out some time ago because it was a huge security risk.

Yes, I mean the part you can run commands. I need it to change the mW of the wireless signal. Any idea how I can change that setting?

You'd have to use a Telnet or SSH client like PuTTY to access to routers command line.

But if you're planning on trying to use nvram commands to increase the wireless power above the defaults that won't work anymore. Firmwares from 376 onwards have the power restricted to what's in the CFE.

You can also pm hggomes and ask for his fork of the RMerlin firmware which expands the power option settings for you.
