Can you use more than one VPN provider ?

On Asuswrt-Merlin, is it possible to use one VPN provider for client A and another VPN provider for client B ?

You can use up to 5 different openvpn clients.

If you want to use more then one VPN client connection at the same time you have to setup Policy based Routing to separate the traffic between the VPN provider - as explained here or here and a nice setup via WLAN here.
