Cannot see device attached to 2nd router

I'm working on setting up my home network, and I'm having a few problems. When I am connected to my RT-AC68U, I can only see clients connected via that router. I'm unable to open the web config for my Archer C7 (shows connection refused), and my devices cannot see/connect to my printer. Any ideas on what configuration changes I'm missing?
