Cannot set channel 11 for 2.4

Hi,
I am trying to set the channel to 11 but the router keep starting the network on 6 or 1.

Is there anyway to set this appart from the Wireless menu?

I am using the Firmware:3.0.0.4.374.35_4 (Merlin build)

Set channel width to 20 MHz.

Don´t we need the 40 for full speed?

40 MHz on the 2.4 GHz band is a bad idea.
