Can’t reach server after router reboot (static IP)

Hello.
I have a Proxmox server on my network with static IP (out of DHCP range). It works well until I reboot my AX86U router. After reboot I can’t reach it. Router says it’s offline.
What can cause this?

Maybe you need to reboot the server, too, to connect.
