Cell network routers of today that can be managed via SMS commands?

Hello.
The Dovado brand of consumer 4G routers had support for managing the router by sending SMS commands like reboot/turn internet on/off etc, but they ceased production in 2018.
Do you know of any cellular network consumer routers that I can buy today that have that?
