Wi-Fi device maker Celeno announced it is adding 6 GHz band support to its Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) CL80xx product line, currently available in 4, 6 and 8 stream configurations.

With maximum wireless rates reaching 6 Gbps, the new devices support draft 802.11ax features such as OFDMA, DL MU-MIMO, Beamforming, 1024QAM and WPA3.

The CL8000 family supports Celeno’s Wi-Fi Doppler Imaging technology - high-resolution RF imaging that depicts and tracks the motion, behavior and location of people - launched earlier this year.

Celeno’s Wi-Fi 6E products are scheduled for sampling starting in Q2 2020. For more information, go to www.celeno.com.
