Changing broadband from wireless to fiber whatabout asuscomm.com?

I hope to get fiber to my summerhouse where I now have wireless broadband. I use OpenVPN and DDNS host asuscomm.com and wonder, will the asuscomm.com user find the new wan ip from the fiber or must I change something.

Second, must I make a new client1?

As long as service provider is not using CGNAT everything should work fine as usual.
