Charter Communications Goes With CUJO AI For Customer Security and Privacy

Spectrum customers will be getting in-home protection and privacy services based on CUJO AI’s nextgen artificial intelligence platform.

Details are scarce; however the new service is targeting Spectrum’s 24 million internet subscribers, providing a "personalized customer experience, offer advanced protection and ensure seamless device management on home, mobile and public networks."

Per the announcement, CUJO AI will be used to analyze customers’ home network and device activity, looking out for abnormal activity that could be deemed threatening, ultimately protecting customers and their networks, but for the supporting ISP, it can also potentially reduce support costs and time used for troubleshooting.

Charter Communications/Spectrum will be deploying Cujo AI in 2019.
