Client Status

New Around Here
I've noticed for the past couple of FW updates that Clients Status (at least on my system) will not update accurately or will not update at all. Anyone else notice this problem? I'm talking about the Client Status list obtained when hitting the "Clients" icon from the "Network Map" page.

No one noticed the same problems I described with their Client Status information?? Mine would not display an accurate list of the clients actually connected nor would it update correctly. Additionally, with the 4.360 firmware update, I experienced a severe speed reduction in internal home network data transfers with some applications (transferring files to my WD TV Live Hub). Transfer speeds dropped from 50+ Mbs to 7Mbs. For the longest time I thought something was wrong with my WD Live Hub.

Finally, switching back to an earlier firmware, 4.334, both of these problems appear to have been resolved. I normally don't experience issues with firmware updates but this time I did. I will wait for the next update and hope for the best. I have not tried the available 3rd party firmware but may do so. However, for now the 4.334 firmware seems to be holding its own.

Give Padavan's firmware a try, should notice better results.
