Connecting RT-AX57 Go public wifi

I can’t seem to connect the ax57 Go to a public wifi.

I got to Quick Internet Setup - Get Started

It finds my AX57 Go

I enter the credentials correctly

It then goes into an endless loop of back to the Quick Internet Setup - Get Started

I am in WISP mode and have my iPhone connected by wifi to the AX57 Go.

What am I doing wrong?

May need to manually update the firmware to the latest, or possibly use firmware restoration. This is the latest from May 9:

I have firmware 3.0.0.6.102_56054-g5e56eeb_256-gad0dd_M6PH

There may be an Advanced Setup Mode (in small font) somewhere on the same page as QIS. It requires some knowledge of required settings but may not crash on you like Quick Internet Setup is.

I downgraded the firmware to 3.0.0.6.102_56040 and from testing in the last hour, it might be working now.

Is the 56054 firmware that I downloaded via the iphone Asus app dodgy or am I better to manually download the firmware from the website to install?

Either way works pretty much the same from experience, BUT sometimes a hard reset right after installation helps it install properly/completely.
