My parents have a Nighthawk AX8 RAX70-100NAS. They claim that the router has a conflict with their Verizon setup. I dont know what that really means so far. Is there some way that I can eliminate the possibility that its defective? Is there a way to run a system check on the router that its not defective? It would be great if there was a way to get a "report" that showed whether there is anything defective.
