Contacting ASUS for Tech Support - Good Experience?

Just curious if anyone has ever filed a case with ASUS Tech Support and how it went? Was it a good experience? Did you get good results? Or?

Just wondering as I have a second ticket into them for problems with my RT-AC88U as a media bridge. For this ticket, they asked for logs and some other stuff, which I sent to them about 2.5 weeks ago. Probably too early for a response. Just hoping that my issues may get handled sooner as opposed to later.
 
I have no experience with the ASUS router people, but I have an ASUS laptop I've reported a problem to them and they actually called me to talk about my issue.

I think that if you haven't heard in 2.5 weeks its not unreasonable to contact them and ask for a status update
