Has anyone gotten more insight on this issue? I was able to run the 'top' command and saw that the utilization of the second core was not due to a process but due to 'io'. Not sure what that means. I do have aiprotection enabled, which means nat acceleration is disabled automatically I think. A reboot from ssh is ignored so I have to reboot it physically.
