Dashboard pages partly inacessible

New Around Here
Hey!

Just switched from my old D-link DIR-655 to an Asus RT-N66U but am having problems with the Asus dashboard for the router.

Just like another member on here some of the pages on the router management software are only showing parts of the page and are not responding. E g the port forwarding page(http://192.168.1.1/Advanced_VirtualServer_Content.asp), which will only show parts of the page and no ports forwarded even though I have ports forwarded in the software. A reboot of the router will let me see the page correctly once or twice (with the ports that I´ve forwarded) but the problem will resurface pretty quickly.

Things I´ve tried:
* Upgrading firmware to 3.0.0.4.246
* Upgrading firmware to 3.0.0.4.252 beta
* Resetting to factory defaults
* Upgrading firmware to 3.0.0.4.246.19 Merlin build
* Accessing firmware from Safari instead of Chrome

None of this has had any effect on the issue.

I am connecting through a DSL modem, and am accessing the dashboard on a mac with the OS X 10.8.2 if that matters.

Any ideas?

That usually means you have a network device with an invalid hostname (with non-alphabetical characters, or quotes in their name). That causes the Javascript to break on some webui pages, preventing the page from fully loading.

Couldn´t really find any network devices with invalid hostnames. Got me working through what devices was on my network though. I have a bunch of Sonos devices connected, and unplugging those from the router solved it. Googling finds that this is and been a problem for this router for a while.

For now I will just unplug my SonosBridge when I want to fiddle with my router settings and plug it back in when I´m done.

Thanks for the help RMerlin!
