Hi Team
We're a small business with three distributed offices. We've recently upgraded our network with Netgear routers to establish a live VPN link between the offices, and added two Netgear NAS's to the remote offices (home office has a Windows SBS2003 server).
We have the server backups transferring each night to one of the remote NAS's, and the remote NAS files syncing back to a separate drive on the server.
What we really want is a distributed file system, so we don't have master/slave issues - ie. without a master, any deleted files will re-sync unless deleted on all nodes.
Is there any software (OS or commercial) that will handle this for us? The end goal is one set of data files in sync on three devices in three locations. Versioning would be even better!
Thanks in advance.
Tommo
