DNS Filtering + IPv6 Causing Devices to Disconnect

New Around Here
Longtime lurker, first time poster - I've been toying around with a Pi-Hole on my local network to block ads.

The system works pretty well with DHCP assigning the Pi-Hole IP for DNS, but I noticed it was missing a decent amount of traffic, mostly from Android devices who like to skip the middleman and go straight to Google for lookups.

Fortunately, there's a nice DNS filtering feature built into the Merlin firmware to bypass that. Unfortunately, I seem to be unable to use DNS filtering (pointed at my local Pi-Hole) alongside "Native" IPv6. When both are enabled, several Windows and Android devices refuse to cooperate with DHCP. I can assign their settings manually and they will work, but that's not ideal.

I suspect the issue comes from a lack of an IPv6 DNS since you can only route to one IP, but I was wondering if anyone here has any suggestions. For now I'm just rolling with no IPv6, but sooner or later that may not be a viable option.
