Does USB 3.1 fixes 2.4 GHz interference?

I'm wondering if USB 3.1 fixes 2.4 GHz interference? I'm starting to see that some manufactures are starting to implement USB3.1, and if it fixes the 2.4GHz I think asus could put it in their next router or at least I hope.

3.1 is hardware, any software updates merely support a 3.1 device if an addon cards used.
