Download manager stopped working using 380.65_2

New Around Here
I'm always using the latest firmware from Merlin. My router is RT-AC68U. After updating to 380.65_2 I've found the other day that download manager, a feature that I use remotely while I'm at work, is no longer working. I tried accessing the app from lan, VPN and Wan nothing seems to work.
Any suggestion?
