Dual-satellite and a proper architecture

New Around Here
Hello,

I don't know too much about networking (beyond a basic WiFi network back at home), but I have managed to get a dual-WAN (dual satellite) system up and running.

The above is sort-of what I think my options are. As you can see, I have a draytek 2920 with a direct line to the RT-N66U, which then has 2 additional access point-mode DD-WRT routers coming off of it.

The 3 questions below the title on the image is what I'm trying to get some help on. Obviously I want to make the connection to the internet for the end-users as fast as possible... I just don't really know what the best way to set up the architecture of the network is.

I appreciate any assistance!
