E3200 Running Tomato - Looking for best 5Ghz settings.

I'm wondering if anyone can comment or give me suggestions on getting the best range and throughput on my e3200 router. I've managed to get the 5Ghz range in just about all rooms except a few. 2 iphones and 2 ipads + printer reside on the wifi right now.
