Exclude an IP or MAC from QOS

New Around Here
Hello,

I've been using Tomato by Shibby for over a year on my N66U and I really don't have any complaints. I'm currently on Tomato Firmware 1.28.0000 MIPSR2-115 K26AC USB AIO-64K.

I would like to seek some advice on what would be the best way to exclude a PC from QOS. Actually, that's probably impossible so my goal is to allow one PC from using whatever bandwidth it wishes, that PC being mine of course. I'll control the bandwidth from my PC...

I tried creating a new rule in QOS but that didn't work out. Thanks in advance for any help.
