Extend Guest network to another router

Are you trying to access the AP's GUI from a computer connected directly to the AP? Or are you trying to connect to the AP, that is connected to a Guest Network Pro profile, from a computer/device on the router's main LAN?

Trying to access a Guest Network Pro profile client from the main LAN may be blocked by the Guest Network Pro profile settings (Access Intranet disabled). The Guest Network Pro profile option Access Intranet may or may not work properly, it's been hit or miss for various people.

And to confirm, you have configured the AP router for AP mode prior to connecting it to the main router's Guest Network Pro profile via Ethernet? And which port did you connect the Ethernet cable to on the AP, the WAN port or a LAN port?
I am trying to access the AP's GUI connected to the guest network wirelessly using a PC that gets an IP of 192.168.52.10.

Yes, the AP was configured for AP mode with LAN DHCP enabled. It is connected to LAN2 of main router by ethernet to the 2.5gbps Lan port on AP (RT-AX86U)

The RT-AX86U AP is getting a IP of 192.168.52.5. I still cannot connect to it though.

EDIT:
I changed the Wifi band to "none" on the main router (RT-BE96U) guest network.

The PC connected directly to the AP's "Cindy1" network and I was able to access GUI.
Why if the PC is connected to the "Cindy1" SSID on the main router the GUI is not accessible?

Do you have AP Isolated enabled under the Guest Network Pro Profile's Advanced Settings?

Because there is little documention from Asus on all the intricies of the Guest Network Pro feature it's left to users to push the boundaries and find out what works and what doesn't. The Guest Network Pro feature feels like beta due to various features or actions not operating as expected.

In the end, you may need to dump the IPTables entries to see why clients attached to the Guest Network Pro AP cannot access that AP's GUI. You may end up needing to use a firewall-start scripting file to add IPTables entries (on the main router) to allow the traffic you seek to have between Guest Network Pro clients if the IPTables is otherwise blocking that traffic. Use the search function to find other discussions on using a firewall-start file under 3006 firmware's Guest Network Pro Profiles.
