Factory Reset Issue

I'm trying to reset my RT-AX88U Router and have encountered an issue. I reset it by using the small red button on the back of the router and then accessing https://192.168.50.1:8443/QIS_wizard.htm?flag=wireless ... I set up the Wifi name and passwords for 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz but when I click "Apply" it just circles back and around to the page you create the wifi name and password. I can't access the router settings for some reason. Any idea why this would occur?
