Firewall, parental control request

Hi all.

I've just got a Rt68u router and flashed Merlin beta 2 on it, fab for VPN with specific devices.

My question is around parental controls and firewalls. It's there an easy way I can blacklist a website (IE Facebook,) on one users device but not the others, and is there a way that this could be true at some times of the day, and not others, so homework can be focussed etc.

Just a question and/or suggestion.
