Firmware release - download confusion

Hello,

I just noticed that folders in http://www.mediafire.com/asuswrt-merlin/ changed.

I have RT-N66U B1.

If i go to RT-N66U All Versions folder i see that there is newer firmware then what i have on my router now.

Should i download\flash with that firmware or i have to stick to folder B1 only?
