Firmware upgrade failed

I've tried upgrading my firmware with both the custom and the newest stock. Both times I get the message that the firmware upgrade has failed due to a possibly bad image or bad transfer. I've tried downloading both separately and I've tried upgrading wired and same problem.

Any ideas what is causing this?

Hi,
F/W file has a suffix of .trx which usually has to be unzipped from DL'd zipped file.
Is this case for you? You tried to use .trx file?
