Ok, so here's the really, really odd part - it suddenly started working, for me from my mobile hotspot, and for my brother using both kodi, and filezilla...

I can't remember trying/doing anyhing outside what was posted here earlier :-s

No, or else everyone else would have been affected. My own RT-AC3200 is working fine.

I have similar issue on my ac5300.

FTP works on LAN and WAN. Once I've switch TLS it does not work anymore. On Ftp client I use explicit Ftps.
