Gateway to Gateway VPN setup

I am trying to setup a gateway to gateway VPN between a linksys LRT224 and Linksys LRT214. One is connected using a static IP while the other is connected to a Netgear R6900 wireless router LAN port with DNS enabled and is connected to a cable modem with a dynamic IP assigned by the ISP. Can someone please help me understand which router’s domain name I need to enter for the end that is connecting dynamically? Is it the domain name of the netgear router or the domain of the linksys LRT214?

If I understand your question correctly I think it would be the IP address of the other side, in this case the static IP provided for your other device.
