GT-5300: Adaptive QoS breaks Internet access

So getting a new GT-5300 yesterday and loading ...12184 today, seems that if I set Adaptive Mode and Automatic Setting for Bandwidth, I can't get any Internet access. Changing to Traditional QoS and manually inputting speeds, I get Internet access.

ISP is 100/3 using a Motorola MB7420.

Ok, this post can be marked resolved. the Beta found on a Chinese site has resolved this problem.
