Hey guys
I just upgraded my router from a linksys ea6900 to this new asus gaming router. The router is great, it gives me faster speeds in the 5g band compared to the linksys however there is a big pitfall.
Remote web management is absolutely slow. It can barely show every page I click. I never had this problem with the old router, which the web interface was super fast.
Also my wifi smartcams transmission quality has dropped a lot with a lot of lag or skipping video, somehow telling my that remote connections to my router are kind of crappy.
I have tried turning off the firewall, disabling QoS, factory resetting and I just cant make it work faster.
It is connected the same way the old router was to my cablemodem via a ethernet cable.
Any clues??
